INTRODUCTION

Speaking a foreign language is a lot more difficult than writing in it. The participants now have to think on their feet to respond when they are in a conversation. They have to understand what is said with the intonation and word emphasis used. They need to analyse the data, formulate a reply and then speak to be understood. This advanced English workshop brings together grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, word stress and intonation as they converse at work. They will practice their spoken English skills on everyday topics.

Revision in grammar is done through exercises at the start of the workshop. They will write short essays to reinforce grammar.
