This is a customized program designed to nurture wellness in workers, regardless of their work environment. It essentially focuses improving behavior of employee and increasing their performance levels. It also provides an insight and awareness as to why coaching techniques are crucial in today's organizations in developing health-conscious and high performers. These systematic and structured concepts are easy to understand and applicable at the workplace and in general.

MODULE 1 - ECOSYSTEM OF HEALTH & WELLNESS IN AN ORGANIZATION (90 minutes)

This module will give an overview on what wellness is all about and how it can help shape our life and our organization. It also explains:

  • 21st Century Challenges – Trends In Organizations Today
  • How Health & Wellness Play an Important Role in Our Overall Performance
  • The Trend & Statistics on Diseases Affecting Malaysians
  • Impact of Chronic Diseases & Metabolic Syndrome on Organization
MODULE 2 – BASICS OF NUTRITION (60 minutes)

There are tons of information from the internet, magazines and books on dieting. In addition, our friends are all too willing to share their latest diet tips & tricks. In this module:

  • Learn the Basics of Eating Well including Food Groups & Portion Control
  • Learn some Powerful Tips to Maintain that Waistline and Stick to Programme for Life
  • Demonstration on How to Select Food Groups & Practice Portion Control during Lunch
MODULE 3 – BE SUGAR SAVVY (90 minutes)

As Malaysians, we tend to underestimate the amount of sugar we take in daily. This in turn, leads to the issue of taking excessive sugar in our daily diet, and eventually lead to chronic diseases like diabetes. This module teaches:

  • Understanding on the Effect of Eating Excessive Sugar
  • Understanding the Concept of “Empty Calories”
  • Explanation on Perpetual Cycle of Sugar Addiction
  • Prevalence of Diabetics in Malaysia
  • Recommendation of Sugar Intake
MODULE 4 – THE ABCs OF FITNESS (90 minutes)

Many people want to get fit but don't know how to start. Some join gyms without any knowledge whatsoever about fitness and injure themselves. In this enlightening session:

  • Learn the Basic Concepts of Fitness
  • How You Can Incorporate it Into Your Daily Lives Irrespective of Age, Background or Experience
