INTRODUCTION

The Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) Preparation is 3-day hands-on program is designed to prepare students for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) Certification Exam offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI@). In entry level program, you will be able to identify your personal strengths and weaknesses involving mastery of the 5 Process Groups and 10 Knowledge Areas enabling you to develop a personal study program in preparation for the CAPM® Certification Exam.

The program has been designed for project team members, junior project management practitioners or anyone who is new to the project management profession, and undergraduate or graduate students with an interest in project management.

In this course, you will also go through the project management simulation exams in order to consolidate your knowledge. The simulation exams will enable you to do your own gap analysis to see how you should focus on your CAPM® exam preparation in order to be successful.

The program has been designed for pro­ject team members, junior project manage­ment practitioners or anyone who is new to the project management profession, and undergraduate or graduate students with an interest in project management.

PREREQUISITES

  • Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate's degree or the global equiva­lent)
  • 1,500 hours of project experience
  • 23 hours of project management educa­tion completed by the time you sit for the exam
