INTRODUCTION

In this program, participants will get hands-on experience with a battery of practical tools to help participants make critical thinking an indispensable part of their skill set. Participants will find out things that they didn’t know about themselves and make discoveries that can literally change their lives. Instead of concentrating on theories, they will be working with on methodologies to get comfortable with a concrete set of tools.

This training will also provide the participants with skills that will allow them to understand and apply the process of creativity. Further, they will practice tools that can greatly enhance creativity and effectiveness in problem solving. Participants will be able to apply these skills both personally and professionally.
