INTRODUCTION

This course is to prepare participants be familiar with concepts and understanding on Risk, Risk Identification, Risk analysis and assessment, Risk and Opportunities, Risk mitigation, Control and Improvement action within the context of ISO9001:2015. Risk management has now become an explicit requirement. Participants shall be exposed to doing the risk and eventually produce a complete risk table taking into consideration of the external and internal issues, the needs and expectations of interested parties and the processes of the organization.
